Terms of Use
The rules of the relationship, in plain sentences. The one that matters most is the third section, and we'd rather you read that than skim the rest.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply between you and Elevora Systems LLC when you use elevorasystems.com, buy a publication, or use one of our tools. Using the site means you accept them.
2. What we provide
Educational publications, learning materials, and observation tools concerning human biology. That's the whole of it.
3. What this is not — and this is the important one
Elevora Systems is not a clinic, pharmacy, telehealth service, laboratory, supplement company, compounding service, or treatment provider. We do not practise medicine.
Nothing we publish is medical advice. Nothing we publish is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Reading a publication, using a tool, or corresponding with us does not create a clinical relationship of any kind, and no one at Elevora is acting as your healthcare provider.
Our publications discuss research compounds in an educational context. They describe what is understood about how these compounds work and what the research does and does not establish. That is not a recommendation to use anything, and dosing information appearing in any Elevora publication is an educational reference point rather than a protocol to follow.
Decisions about your own health belong to you and a qualified professional who knows your history. If you're weighing a decision, take it to someone who can examine you. If you're experiencing something that worries you, contact a clinician or emergency service rather than a publisher.
4. Your licence to our work
When you buy a publication you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You may keep copies for your own use across your own devices, and quote briefly from it with attribution.
You may not redistribute it, resell it, share it publicly, upload it to file-sharing services, or reproduce it in whole or substantial part without written permission. Our publications take a long time to write and licence revenue is what allows the next one to exist.
Licensing for institutional, educational, or professional use is available and welcome — see For Professionals.
5. Intellectual property
The publications, the curriculum architecture, the Elevora Decision Framework, the Blueprint system, the site text, and the visual identity are the property of Elevora Systems LLC.
6. The tools
Our observation and tracking tools help you organise your own records. They do not diagnose, do not assess clinical significance, and do not recommend action. No output from any Elevora tool is a clinical finding, and none of it should be used in place of assessment by someone qualified.
We take reasonable care to keep your records available, but no software is perfect. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.
7. Refunds
Purchases deliver immediately and in full, which is why we don't operate a standing refund window. If something goes wrong — a file won't open, you were charged twice, you bought the wrong thing — write to us and we'll sort it out. Gumroad, who process our sales, also operate their own refund policy, and buyers in some countries have statutory cancellation rights that apply regardless of what we write here.
8. Corrections and revisions
Our publications are revised as understanding improves, and each carries a revision number. If we find a material error we correct it and note the correction in the revision record rather than amending quietly. If you find one, please tell us — that mail is genuinely welcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Elevora Systems LLC is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of our publications, tools, or website, including decisions you make after reading them. We publish educational material; you retain responsibility for what you do with it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated and described rather than silently substituted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
