Say hello.
Messages are read by a person, which is the good news and also why replies are sometimes slow. There is one address and no wrong way to use it.
kristina@elevorasystems.com
One address for everything. A larger company would list six departments; this is a publisher with a small team, and pretending otherwise would only mean your message sits in a queue nobody reads.
What people usually write about
One thing we can't do, and it comes up often enough to say plainly: we can't answer questions about your own health — what to take, what dose, where to get something, what your results mean. That isn't evasion, and it isn't a judgment about the question. We don't know you, and a real answer requires someone who does.
What we can talk about is the biology, the research, and anything in the publications. And if you're not sure whether your question falls inside that line, send it anyway — working out which question is actually being asked is most of what we do.
